We provide personalized support tailored to each individual’s needs, including resume building, HRA benefits assistance, government application support, and referrals to legal services. Our housing support services are extensive, covering emergency housing, permanent housing, housing applications, mediation, and eviction prevention. We assist clients with navigating and applying for housing opportunities through platforms such as NYC Housing Connect, Breaking Ground, NYCHA, and additional resources like Zillow for locating apartments and/or rooms. We also provide Homebase referrals for eviction prevention and offer guidance on accessing NYC homeless shelters for those in need of emergency housing, ensuring clients are informed and supported every step of the way.
