It’s easy to submit a claim. Customer service was great. Overall I had a good experience. When I had an issue with my stove, they sent me somebody to come take a look at it but unfortunately that person couldn’t help me. So, they allowed me to go to find my own person and they reimbursed everything. The reimbursement process was quick. They made everything very easy to work with. I had a great experience with Regency Total Warranty.

Elliott was very professional and personable. He made the registering process extremely easy. He was very easy to talk to and listened to my needs for a home warranty. I was very pleased with the conversation and the final outcome.

I had been frustrated when my previous company raised rates. I looked for similar companies and found exactly what I needed here. Regency appears to have all the coverage I need for my home and it gives me peace of mind to know my house is safe and happy!
